Why…. Hello there!!
I’m Beth the founder/owner of Homegrown Fitness, LLC. I’m a small-town gal, fueled by a little caffeine, activity, my family, and friends! I am an outdoor enthusiast who spends much of my time hunting, kayaking, snowboarding, cross country skiing and more! Really anything that allows me to be active while enjoying the amazing views God has created!

I started my business in 2020 but have been involved within the fitness industry for over a decade. I am a Certified Exercise Physiologist who practices personal training and teaches group fitness classes. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and skills with clients of all ages, whether its 1-on-1 or in small group settings. My mission is teaching individuals the importance of movement and how it can be a natural form of medicine that improves their overall quality of life. I strive to help my clients draw awareness to their behavioral patterns and help them carve out obstacles that they may be facing. We then take these obstacles and create a route to becoming the best version of yourself. I enjoy working with young athletes who are just beginning to get into strength training. I feel it is important to teach proper techniques at an early age to prevent bad habits and possible injuries in the future.

My vision is not just focused on the youth. I work with people of all ages. I often see my older clients being prescribed medications for issues related to an injury and not being steered to other forms of recovery or treatment, such as mobility and strength training. My goal is to focus on prevention, not just treatment. Everyday I am learning more. I enjoy sharing my passion for physical activity and fitness, while coaching them through behavioral changes and a healthier food relationship. It is truly a blessing to be able to help others and guide them during their journey of becoming the best version of themselves.
